Trains and buses to both Ciampino and Fiumicino airports are accessible from the station. The immediate area is lively with supermarkets, shops and numerous restaurants (Chinese, Indian, pizza and grill options are all within 300 metres). Major sights such as Piazza Barberini, the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps are within walking distance or a short metro ride. The building entrance and shared stairwell are noted as dated; the lift is small and old, but functional.

Accommodation includes single, double and quadruple rooms, all with private bathrooms with a shower. The quadruple room sleeps up to three beds, making it practical for families or small groups. While the room basics are comfortable (good mattresses, quiet windows facing the street, daily cleaning provided), the building's age shows: some furniture is worn or dated, and the bathrooms are compact. The lift is very small and serves the fifth-floor property. A shared kitchen is available for basic self-catering. Rooms do not have balconies. A few rooms may have non-functioning TVs; it is worth checking upon arrival.

The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar. Instead, breakfast is served at a partner bar a short walk from the property. The voucher-style breakfast is simple: typically a cappuccino or coffee plus a croissant or pastry (a juice may cost extra).
