THE APARTMENT AT SPANISH STEPS, Rome

The apartment is at the heart of Rome's historic centre, within a 5-8 minute walk of the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Barberini Metro Station offers direct connections across the city, and numerous restaurants, cafés (like Enoteca Barberini and Pepy's Bar), and grocery stores are within a 300-metre radius. The area is walkable to Via del Corso, yet the apartment itself remains quiet at night. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away.

This apartment combines a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a living room containing a sofa bed and dining table, and a private terrace with seating for outdoor dining. The air-conditioned layout includes parquet flooring, a washing machine, dryer, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower and bidet with free toiletries. The apartment is suitable for families, offering ample storage in the bedroom and a cot upon request. The space feels spacious, clean, and quiet even at night, and the host provides excellent communication.

Guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, plus a dining area with a table and terrace seating. This setup makes self-catering straightforward. For dining out, several restaurants and bars are within 300-500 metres, including La Tavernetta, Colline Emiliane, and That's Amore by Fabio Bongianni, covering a range of cuisines. The surrounding area also offers grocery stores for stocking the kitchen.

The main leisure feature is the private terrace, which offers a peaceful dining area with seating and landmark views, shielded from street noise. The central location places guests within walking distance of Rome's major landmarks, including the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, ideal for exploring the city on foot.

The apartment provides free Wi-Fi throughout, air conditioning, and a full set of modern appliances: flat-screen TV, washing machine, dryer, and a complete kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A private entrance ensures easy access, and the host (Cris/Mark) is noted for prompt and helpful communication. Pets are allowed with applicable charges. No parking is available, so guests arriving by car should plan for nearby paid parking garages.
