The hotel is located 3 km from Dallas Zoo and 11 km from Dallas Love Field Airport. It is 4 km from the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Memorial and 4 km from the Dallas World Aquarium. The Bishop Arts District is a 5-10 minute walk away, offering numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. For downtown access, a streetcar stop is a short walk, providing direct service to Union Station. Freeway access is also nearby. Gated on-site parking is free, but is limited to one space per room and must be in a designated spot to avoid towing.

Room options include studios and suites, some with a separate living area, private entrance, or patio. Each room features a flat-screen TV, work desk, hairdryer, free toiletries, and safety deposit box. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, but some may show signs of wear. Noise can vary - rooms near the parking lot or street may hear traffic or nearby activity. The building is walk-up only (no elevator). Blackout curtains are present but may not fully block light from outside. Some rooms have garden views.
