The hotel is a 1-2 minute walk from Oshiage Station (Exit B3), which offers direct Keisei Line trains to Narita Airport (about 60 minutes) and via the Keikyu Line to Haneda Airport without transfers. The Skytree Shuttle bus from Haneda also stops at Oshiage Station. Across the street, Tokyo Skytree and the Solamachi shopping mall provide 300 shops and restaurants, a supermarket (LIFE), and convenience stores. Kamejimashogakko Memorial Park is less than 1 km away, and Sumida Cultural Museum is a 13-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe at night, and the direct train connections make this an ideal base for both tourism and airport transfers.

Rooms measure 17-18 m2, spacious by Tokyo standards. Precious Rooms on floors 12-13 are the same size but include a desk and a higher-floor position (views and bed width are identical). Each room has a separate toilet and shower, carpeted floor, hairdryer, slippers, pajamas, and a refrigerator. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels offers an interactive menu for hotel services. Some rooms provide a view of Tokyo Skytree; a limited number of smoking rooms are available on floors 5 and 6. Road-facing rooms may experience some noise; a room away from the main street is recommended for light sleepers.

The hotel breakfast buffet (2000 JPY per person) offers a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, including pancakes, fruit, tempura, and iced coffee. It is served on a floor with a view of Tokyo Skytree. The same building houses a Kura sushi restaurant. For those who prefer to self-cater, a LIFE supermarket across the street sells bento boxes and groceries.

The hotel's main leisure feature is the open-air viewing terrace on the 13th floor, accessible to all guests, providing excellent daytime and nighttime views of Skytree. For more extensive shopping and entertainment, the adjacent Solamachi mall includes a Pokémon Store, Ghibli shop, and a wide range of retail. A bus from Tokyo Skytree Town (4 minutes' walk) runs directly to Tokyo Disney Resort.
