The nearest metro station (Barberini) is about 5 minutes on foot, and bus stops are within a few minutes' walk. Taxi and airport transfer services are available through the front desk. The building entrance is not obvious from the street - look for a large wooden door and use the intercom to be let in.

Accommodation is offered in a set of rooms spread across upper floors of a historic Roman building. The rooms come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer, and a safe deposit box. Some rooms have parquet flooring. Room sizes and bed types vary: larger rooms are available, but some bookings may receive a small room with a sofa bed or two separate twin beds pushed together. Rooms facing the road can be noisy, and walls are generally thin - internal noise from neighbours and the breakfast area is possible. The bathrooms can be compact; some have a mildew smell or a defective shower head. Daily cleaning is provided, but housekeeping consistency has varied. The building has a very small lift that may break down, and there is a short flight of stairs from the ground floor to the lift.

Breakfast is served in a small room without windows. The buffet generally includes bread, pastries, butter, jam, Nutella, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, cheese, cold cuts, juice, and coffee. Some travellers found the selection light or limited later in the morning, while others praised it as generous and good value. There is no on-site restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner, but a wine/champagne service is available for an additional charge. Numerous dining options lie within a few minutes' walk - including trattorias, pizzerias, and a gelateria.

The guesthouse offers free Wi-Fi in all areas (signal strength can be weak in rooms on the second floor). Express check-in/check-out and free luggage storage are available. The front desk is staffed from 14:00 to 22:00; outside those hours, guests must coordinate access in advance. The lift is very small (fits 2 people) and may break down; there is a short staircase from the street to the lift. No on-site parking exists; paid public parking is nearby but cannot be reserved.
