The property is situated just off I-90, making for easy access by car. It is approximately 5 km (12 minutes) from Notre Dame Stadium and also close to Saint Mary's College, the Compton Family Ice Arena, and Potawatomi Zoo. For shopping, University Park Mall is a short drive away. The location is a 12-minute drive from Four Winds Field. While there is no airport shuttle, the free on-site parking includes truck parking, so driving is the most practical option. The surrounding area offers several fast-food and chain restaurants within a 5-minute walk (including Steak 'n Shake, Arby's, Jimmy John's, and Starbucks), providing convenient dining options when the on-site restaurant is closed.

Rooms are spacious and feature air conditioning, heating, a seating area, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for an additional charge. Some rooms include a patio. For larger groups, suites with a separate living area, prep area, and two king beds are available. Accessibility has been considered: handicap rooms are located on the first floor near the indoor pool, and the property is wheelchair accessible with braille signage.
