RAY'S BUCKTOWN BED AND BREAKFAST, Chicago

Ray's Bucktown Bed and Breakfast, located in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood, offers 11 rooms, each with a private bathroom. The Room with a View, on the second floor, has a king bed (or two twin beds), a desk, a mini fridge, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The Skylight Room features a queen bed, a futon that opens into a full-sized bed, hardwood floors, and a skylight. The West Room, in the garden level, has a queen bed, a bunk bed, and easy access to the sauna and steam room. The Woodpecker Room, on the second floor, includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Ray's serves breakfast every day from 8-11am. The menu includes a selection of fresh ingredients, with daily specials. Options range from eggs cooked to order (scrambled, poached, fried, boiled) to omelettes (Western, Pizza, or Italian). Pancakes, French toast, and Ray's Roasted Reds (red potatoes marinated in olive oil, garlic, and rosemary) are also available. Meats include raspberry chipotle bacon, smoked ham, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, chicken apple gouda sausage, pork sausage, and Morning Star veggie sausage. Specials include the Green Omelette and Eggs Benedict (Sundays only). Sourdough waffles are also served.

Ray's Bucktown Bed and Breakfast features a sauna and a steam room, open from 10am-10pm. Robes and hair dryers are available. The location is dog friendly. Two dogs max per room with a $20 fee per dog/per night. They also offer an experimental artist-run space.
