Miami International Airport is 18 km away and easily reachable via public bus 150. The area is dense with cafés such as Primo Bakery and Pizza Rustica, and landmarks including the Versace Mansion are within walking distance. The immediate neighbourhood is lively, so rooms facing the street can be noisy at night - earplugs are provided in the room. Parking is not on-site; metered street parking and nearby garages cost around $15-$40 per night. Public transport stops are close by, making car-free exploration of Miami Beach simple.

Rooms range from compact Queen studios to larger suites with separate sitting areas. All include a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries; the kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, stove, oven, cookware, and tea/coffee maker. The double standard room has two double beds, while other room types offer one king or queen bed. Some rooms overlook an inner courtyard, while street-facing ones can be very noisy - light sleepers should request a quieter room. Ground-floor rooms have limited privacy and very little natural light, as the main window faces a walkway. Bathroom size varies; some are quite small. Air conditioning units are in all rooms but are frequently reported as noisy, and the thermostat may affect other electronics in a few cases. The decor is modern and freshly renovated in many rooms, though cleanliness and pest issues (cockroaches) have been noted in a small number of cases.

Honey Restaurant serves a family-friendly menu with American cuisine, including a breakfast available from 8:30 AM with options like omelettes and continental items; vegan and gluten-free choices are also offered. The bar is open for cocktails, with a happy hour offering 2-for-1 drinks. Dinner is served, but the restaurant may close early on some evenings. A daily $10 amenity-fee credit is usable at Honey, but must be mentioned when ordering, as it is not applied automatically. For lighter meals or snacks, several cafés, bakeries, and pizzerias are within a 5-minute walk.

The outdoor swimming pool is in a courtyard setting with loungers and towels provided. Note that the pool is small - suitable for a dip rather than serious swimming - and its cleanliness can vary. The fitness centre is equipped but basic. For the beach, a partner vendor sets up two complimentary lounge chairs per room on the sand; umbrellas are available for an extra fee paid directly to the vendor. Beach towels are not supplied separately, so bring a towel from the room or use pool towels.

There is no physical front desk - all communication, including check-in codes, maintenance requests, and towel changes, goes through WhatsApp or the online portal. The response is usually fast, though issues like incorrect access codes or malfunctioning door locks have required follow-ups. Luggage storage is possible via lockers in the lobby on a first-come, first-served basis and is free of charge. Housekeeping is not provided automatically but can be arranged for a $60 fee per day; otherwise, guests request fresh towels and supplies via WhatsApp. The building has an elevator, but it has been reported as out of service at times. Pets are allowed for a one-time $50 fee plus any damages, and the property accepts all sizes. WiFi is free throughout and works reliably in most areas.
