The Medan Tuanku Monorail station is a short walk, providing easy access to the city centre and transport hubs. KLCC, Suria KLCC, and Petrosains are about 2 km away, and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur is 3 km away. The location is well served by Grab taxis. For drivers, the on-site parking is paid and requires advance booking.

Rooms range from compact studios (some with one side of the bed against the wall) to spacious suites spanning up to three bedrooms with separate living areas. All units feature parquet floors, a wardrobe, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix account provided). Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and bidet, plus a washing machine and dryer with free detergent. Kitchens are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware. A key practical note: some higher-floor rooms offer stunning views of the Petronas Towers from the balcony, while others face inner building shafts. The infrastructure of the building itself is mixed - elevators can be slow and several areas may feel under-maintained.

The accommodation does not include a restaurant or bar, and there is no breakfast service. For self-catering, each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen. Immediate shopping and dining alternatives: a 7-Eleven convenience store is on the ground floor of the building, and Quill City Mall (a 3-minute walk) houses a variety of local and international eateries. A range of restaurants (including Essence Restaurant, Pancake House International, and Limapulo Baba Can Cook) are within a 5-minute walk.

The outdoor infinity pool is open year-round from 7:00 to 22:00, located on the 35th floor. It offers sun loungers and a panoramic view that includes the Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, and Merdeka Tower. A strict dress code applies: only modest swimwear (e.g., one-piece or shorts and a top) is allowed; bikinis are not permitted. The adjacent fitness room has a selection of machines and free weights and also overlooks the city. The hot tub / Jacuzzi is available free of charge. These facilities are shared with the building and can be busy, particularly on weekends.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas, though its speed can be unreliable - it may not support streaming or large downloads. Daily housekeeping is available at an extra cost, and the room is not serviced automatically.
