This apartment sits in a peaceful residential zone that still places you within a pleasant 18-minute walk of Charles Bridge and around 30 minutes on foot from the Old Town. Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral are 1.8-2 km away, and you can walk to Petřín Hill through a nearby park. A tram stop is just 300 m from the door, making the journey to the historic core quick and easy. Václav Havel Airport is 13 km away, and the marathon expo is about 20 minutes by metro. A Tesco hypermarket is around the corner for groceries, and several cafés and casual restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and is served by a lift. It consists of one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates two adults, and a bathroom with a shower. The space is well-suited for up to four people, with the possibility of a fifth using an extra bed. The bedroom is notably large, and the living area includes a dining table and a sitting area. The entire unit is soundproofed, which helps keep the noise level low despite the city location. There is no air conditioning - two fans are provided instead. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, cookware, and tea/coffee-making facilities. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and welcome snacks (coffee, tea, pastries, and sometimes a beer or chocolate) are included. Pillows are provided, and additional pillows can be requested.
