Accommodation consists of dormitory rooms ranging from 8 to 12 m², with 2-4 bunk beds per room. Some rooms feature triple bunk beds with low ceilings, making it difficult to sit up on the top or middle bunks. All bedding and pillows are provided; towels are available for purchase at reception. In-room lockers are provided-bring your own padlock. Rooms have heating, windows that open, and electric kettles. There is no air conditioning, and some rooms can become warm. Noise from neighbouring beds or the bar may be noticeable. For more privacy, the private double room with a king-size bed is available. Note that there are no private bathrooms-all guests use shared shower and toilet facilities. Some dorms are female-only.

Breakfast is served in the bar area and includes toast, butter, jam, peanut butter, coffee, tea, and juice for £3-£4. This is excellent value for a quick start in central London. The on-site bar offers a range of drinks including wine and champagne (additional charge), and a snack bar. There is no restaurant, but guests can use the communal fridge and microwave; a stovetop is available on request for self-catering. Many restaurants are within a 5-minute walk on Edgware Road, offering diverse cuisines.
