THE PRINT WORKS APARTMENTS, Liverpool

The Print Works Apartments are set in two buildings just 100 yards apart in Liverpool city centre. You can walk to Liverpool One shopping centre in 5 minutes, Chinatown in 5 minutes, Tate Liverpool and the Albert Dock Waterfront in 10 minutes, and the Echo Arena in 15 minutes. Lime Street Station is a short walk away, and the nightlife around Concert Square is nearby. For those driving, on-site parking is very limited and cannot be booked; several local car parks (starting at about £12 per night) are just a few minutes' walk away - plan to arrive by public transport if possible.

All apartments have a separate bedroom from the living area, a modern en suite bathroom, and a lounge with ample seating and a Freeview TV. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, plus a washing machine and ironing facilities. Bed sizes vary: 1- and 2-bedroom apartments typically have a double bed and/or single beds, with a sofa bed in the lounge. The penthouse can sleep up to 10 across 3 bedrooms and a double sofa bed. Only the penthouse has air conditioning; most apartments rely on heating, and some have a balcony (request when booking). Noise from the street and nearby bars can be a factor, so rooms away from the front are generally quieter. Some apartments have dated furnishings, so if modern decor is a priority, check recent photos or request a recently refurbished unit.

Breakfast is not included or available - prepare your own meals using the oven, microwave, hob, and refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, crockery, and basic cooking equipment, and a Tesco supermarket is a short walk away. For dining out, numerous restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk, including Wreckfish Bistro, Il Forno, Spice Lounge Bar & Grill, Alma De Cuba, and Sapporo Teppanyaki.

There is no spa, gym, swimming pool, or wellness centre on site. However, the apartments are within walking distance of Tate Liverpool, Albert Dock, the Echo Arena, and Liverpool One shopping and entertainment. For outdoor leisure, the Liverpool waterfront and Sefton Park are easily reachable by public transport or a short drive.
