MOXY DUBLIN DOCKLANDS, Dublin

The hotel sits in the Dublin Docklands, a short walk from the 3Arena and Croke Park. City centre is a 25-30 minute walk or a quick bus/taxi ride. A Lidl, Aldi, and Spar are steps from the front door. The nearest Luas stop is about 18 minutes away; a Dart station is a 10-minute walk. For airport transfers, a taxi takes roughly 20 minutes. The area is quiet and modern, though somewhat removed from the main tourist strip.

Rooms are compact and modern, with carpeted floors, soundproof walls, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer great skyline views from higher floors. Each room has a private bathroom with free toiletries, a work desk, and USB sockets. There is no in-room kettle - complimentary hot drinks are available in the lobby 24/7. Some rooms feature a sofa bed for families, though these may lack separate bedding. Road-facing rooms can pick up noise; higher floors are notably quieter. Air conditioning is centrally controlled via reception, so requesting a comfortable temperature ahead of time is wise.

Breakfast (£12-15) is a continental buffet with breads, pastries, eggs, sausages, and beans, served in a modern dining area. Weekday hours 7-10:30 AM, weekends/bank holidays 7-11 AM. The bar and restaurant offers a limited menu of pre-prepared hot dishes and sandwiches until 10pm. A free welcome drink voucher is provided at check-in, valid for the house cocktail. The on-site coffee shop serves complimentary tea, coffee, and water around the clock, making up for the lack of in-room facilities.

The fitness centre is clean and functional, equipped for a solid workout. A dedicated games room offers table tennis and board games, plus a shared lounge with a cosy library corner for relaxation or work. The bike rental (additional charge) is a handy option for exploring the docklands and nearby parks.
