THE YELLOW PENTHOUSE LLC, Las Vegas

Located off the Strip in a peripheral, residential area, the property offers free on-site parking for those driving. The location is best suited for guests with a vehicle, as public transport is limited. Nearby attractions include The Neon Museum (4 km), the Mob Museum (5 km), and Fremont Street Experience (5 km), all a short drive away. The neighbourhood is quieter than the Strip but has a less polished feel; secure parking on-site helps protect your car. For airport arrivals, a roughly 20-minute drive is needed.

The property offers double rooms with either private or shared bathrooms. Each room has a flat-screen TV with streaming services, air conditioning, heating, and free toiletries. Rooms are compact - the double bed setup is snug for two adults. The shared bathroom layout has the toilet adjacent to the bed without a wall divider, which feels cramped. A balcony is available in selected rooms, providing either mountain or city views. The garden and outdoor seating area add a calm spot to relax. Bathrooms are basic but clean, with hot water.

The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout and free public parking on site (no reservation needed). Express check-in/check-out saves time, and luggage storage is free - useful if arriving before check-in. Daily housekeeping and laundry are available for an additional charge. Security includes CCTV, key access, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. Outdoor facilities include a garden, picnic area, and outdoor furniture. Payment methods include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and others; a $50-$100 deposit is required.
