Room categories range from Standard (queen bed + baby cot) to Superior (queen bed + sofa bed, some with balcony), Deluxe (option of separate bedrooms, some with washing machine and city views), and Loft (wooden beams, washing machine, rooftop terrace potential). Most apartments feature a flat-screen TV with streaming services, tea/coffee maker, and dining area. Rooms facing the street can experience tram and traffic noise; inner courtyard apartments are quieter but may have kitchen odours from the ground-floor restaurant. Some furnishings appear dated or worn, but cleanliness and bed comfort are consistently noted. Loft apartments have stairs and may not suit those with mobility issues.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and cookware, ideal for preparing meals. Daily replenishment of coffee pods and tea is provided.
