The area is lively with bars and restaurants, and street noise can be high, especially in lower-floor or street-facing units. A supermarket is a few steps away for self-catering supplies.

Each apartment features a private entrance, one or two separate bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Beds are large and comfortable, with quality bedding. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, and basic cookware; no oven is provided.
