Tokyo Grand Hotel sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Zojoji Temple and Shiba Park. The JR Yamanote Line at Tamachi Station is a 10-15 minute walk, providing direct access to Shinagawa (for Shinkansen) and other major hubs. The nearest subway station is Shiba Park (Toei Mita Line), about 7 minutes on foot, with the A3 exit offering an escalator for luggage. Haneda Airport is accessible via a 15-minute walk to the monorail from Hamamatsucho Station, or a taxi about 12 km away. Tokyo Tower is a pleasant 12-minute stroll. Several restaurants and convenience stores are within a 5-minute walk, making dining and errands convenient.

The hotel offers single, double, twin, and triple rooms, all of which are notably spacious for central Tokyo. Twin rooms (two single beds) offer the most floor space. Rooms on floors 14 and above often provide direct views of Tokyo Tower, particularly those facing the tower. Each room includes a safe, work desk, hairdryer, slippers, pajamas, and free wired internet. Room cleaning is provided daily. Note that there are no private bathrooms; shared bathroom facilities include a deep bathtub and shower with good pressure. The rooms have a slightly dated but well-maintained feel, and the building uses traditional brass keys that must be left at reception when going out. No hand soap is provided in the room, so consider bringing your own.

Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:00 daily at an additional charge of ¥1800 per person, offering a buffet with juice and a mix of Japanese and Western items. For lunch (weekdays only, 11:30-14:00), the same restaurant serves set meals combining Japanese and European cuisines. Weekend lunch is not available. There are also nine restaurants within a 5-minute walk, covering ramen, burgers, Italian, and Malaysian cuisine, and a convenience store nearby for snacks and drinks. A vending machine on-site provides drinks.

The hotel offers a massage service (additional charge) for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The quiet neighborhood is conducive to walks, and the nearby Shiba Park provides green space. For leisure activities, many of Tokyo's attractions are easily accessible by train or subway.

Internet access is free throughout the hotel (wired in rooms). Luggage storage is free with no size restrictions, allowing you to explore before check-in or after check-out. The 24-hour front desk offers currency exchange, fax/photocopying, and safety deposit boxes. Laundry service is available for an additional charge.
