The hotel sits in a quiet, tree-lined neighbourhood of Minato-ku, less than 1 km from Shinbashi Shiogama Shrine and Tokyo Tower. Daimon Station (exit A3) is a 3-minute walk away, providing direct subway access via the Toei Asakusa Line to Haneda Airport in roughly 30 minutes. Hamamatsucho Station, reachable in about 10 minutes on foot, offers the JR Yamanote Loop Line and the Tokyo Monorail for airport transfers - useful for those with luggage, though the monorail station is a slightly longer walk than the subway. The area is well served by restaurants, convenience stores (Family Mart across the street), and coffee shops, including a Starbucks on the ground floor of the hotel. Tokyo Tower is an 8-minute walk, and Shiba Park, Zojo-ji Temple, and Hamarikyu Gardens are all within a 15-minute stroll.

Rooms are compact and functional, with a modern if slightly dated finish. Standard Double rooms measure approximately 10 m2, making them a tight fit for two people with large suitcases - floor space is limited, and storage consists of a desk rather than a wardrobe. Deluxe Double and Twin rooms offer more space, sufficient to open two suitcases, and include a sofa. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, and free toiletries; some older bathrooms have a prefabricated module design. Windows are present but can only open a few centimetres; air conditioning and heating are adjustable via the unit. Noise insulation is good, with the neighbourhood being quiet at night. Pillows are typically buckwheat-filled and firm; two standard pillows can be requested from reception. There is no electrical outlet or nightstand on one side of the bed in Standard rooms - an extension cord is available for medical devices. Deluxe and Twin rooms can accommodate a family of four (two adults and two children).

The hotel does not operate its own restaurant. Instead, each guest receives a 900-yen Starbucks prepaid card per night as a breakfast voucher, covering a drink and a pastry or a light savoury item from the Starbucks menu.
