SG PREMIUM KASAI, Tokyo

SG Premium KASAI sits in a quiet, residential neighbourhood of Tokyo's Edogawa ward, offering a relaxed pace while keeping central Tokyo within a 30-minute metro ride. Kasai Metro Station (Tozai Line) is a 3-minute walk, providing direct access to Otemachi, Nihombashi, and connections to Shibuya and Shinjuku. A direct airport bus from Narita stops nearby, and a shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea operates from Kasai Station. The area has a park with cherry blossoms across the street, several supermarkets, and a 7-Eleven immediately opposite the building. Taxis to Haneda Airport take about 25 minutes. The location is particularly well-suited for families visiting Disney resorts and travellers who prefer a quieter base with good transit links.

Available room types include quadruple rooms and one-bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom featuring a bath and shower, digital toilet, and free toiletries. Bedding options range from two beds to three beds, with some units including a sofa bed. Kitchens come with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware. A washing machine (wash-only) is provided in each unit; a nearby coin laundry offers drying machines. Rooms have air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony (though ground-floor units may have limited views). Some units have sliding doors to separate the bedroom from the living area, adding privacy for families. Rooms are larger than typical Tokyo hotel rooms, comfortably fitting two to three people, though five may feel cramped. Light sleepers may prefer higher-floor rooms away from street noise.

The immediate area offers over a dozen dining options within 300 metres, including Japanese sushi (Sushiro), yakiniku, ramen, steak, and a halal restaurant. A 7-Eleven, several supermarkets, and a bakery are within walking distance for self-catering supplies. The fully equipped kitchen in each unit allows guests to prepare their own meals. For those heading to Tokyo Disneyland, the direct shuttle bus from Kasai Station provides easy access to dining at the resort. The neighbourhood has a relaxed, local feel with no large department stores, but plenty of authentic eateries and fast-food options like McDonald's and Pizza Hut.

Furukawa Shinsui Park is a short walk from the property, and Shin Nagashima River Shinsui Park and Gyosen Park are nearby, offering walking paths and nature. The park directly opposite the building is ideal for children and features cherry blossoms in season. For more active leisure, kayaking and canoeing are available in the surrounding waterways. The property itself does not have a pool, spa, or gym.

Check-in and check-out are self-service via a tablet in the lobby, with codes provided after online pre-registration. A 24-hour front desk is available for assistance. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The building has a lift, air conditioning, heating, and is entirely non-smoking. Safety features include fire extinguishers, security alarms, and smoke alarms. Towels, linens, slippers, and an initial supply of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes) are provided, with refills available in the lobby. No iron, ironing board, or rice cooker are provided. No luggage storage is available at the front desk. The property is wheelchair accessible via the lift.
