Haneda Airport is 23 km away, and Narita Airport is accessible via the NEX train to Shinjuku Station (13-minute walk) or a combination of the Keisei Line, a short walk, and the Toei Oedo Line to Higashi-Shinjuku. The neighbourhood is vibrant and central, with nightlife around Kabukicho nearby, though the building itself is quiet due to soundproofed rooms.
