The Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is a pleasant 11-minute stroll, and the vibrant restaurants, bars, and shops of central Shinjuku are within a 10-minute walk. Multiple train and subway stations are nearby, making it easy to reach major areas without a car. The immediate area has numerous restaurants, a Lawson convenience store right next door, and a cafe downstairs.

The apartment is a studio-style unit with a double bed that is positioned wall-to-wall, requiring occupants to climb over the bed to access the balcony or blinds - a layout that works best for one or two people comfortable with limited floor space. The room also includes a couch, a desk, and a wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, oven, kettle, and basic cookware. The balcony is functional but small and may feel cramped for use. The toilet is in a separate, very compact space that is too small for taller individuals (over 160-180 cm may not be able to close the door). The main bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, and washing machine, plus a ceiling drying function for hand-washed clothes. Double bed is a standard double, which some may find narrow for two. Some units have been recently renovated, but many are described as older and basic with stained furniture and dusty surfaces. Noise from the ground-floor cafe and stairwell can be an issue in lower-floor rooms.

No restaurant or breakfast service is provided, but the apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, kettle) for preparing simple meals. The property's ground floor has a cafe (open during daytime hours) that may produce some noise. Directly next door is a Lawson convenience store for groceries, snacks, and ready-made meals.
