The hotel sits in a calm, non-touristy neighbourhood with a local feel. Yutenji Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line is 2-3 minutes on foot and offers direct trains to Shibuya in about 10 minutes. Roppongi is 11 minutes away via a transfer at Naka-Meguro, and Shinjuku is a 20-minute ride. The station has an elevator for luggage. The area is lined with convenience stores, supermarkets, and a wide range of dining options - from Japanese izakayas to Chinese restaurants - all within a 3-minute radius. The Meguro River and the trendy Naka-Meguro district are a 10-15 minute walk. For Haneda Airport, take the limousine bus to Shibuya, then the Tokyu line to Yutenji; there is no hotel shuttle.

Rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards - double rooms measure 20㎡ and include a kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, fridge, electric kettle, and full kitchenware. Each room has a private washing machine, safety deposit box, nightwear, slippers, and a hairdryer. Twin beds are 100cm x 195cm; beds are on the firmer side, typical for Japan. Some rooms offer a small balcony (no seating) with city views; upper-floor rooms (e.g., 6th floor) provide the best skyline views. All rooms are non-smoking; a smoking room is available on the premises. No connecting or adjoining rooms are available.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. A self-service coffee and tea station is available in the lobby at no charge.
