Sensoji Temple is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Sumida River and multiple dining options are within a few hundred metres. Haneda Airport is 22 km away, reachable via direct train on the Keisei line. The immediate area has convenience stores, supermarkets, and a post office within a few minutes' walk, making it easy to handle daily needs.

Accommodation options include dormitory pods with curtains, private twin rooms (with two single beds), and quadruple rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated. Pods are spacious with an A3 locker inside the bed and ample shelf space; some upper pods have a small window with river views. Shared bathrooms are on the same floor, equipped with bidets, showers, hairdryers, and high-quality POLA toiletries. Towels are provided and can be changed at the reception. The property is non-smoking throughout. Pods are set up to be comfortable and quiet, with good sound separation from the common area.

A simple breakfast is offered daily for 500 yen, which is considered good value. The bar serves drinks including draft beer and wine by the glass, but no full meal service is available. Laundry facilities are available with a 200 yen per wash cycle and 100 yen per 30 minutes for drying; detergent is provided free of charge.
