LIMEHOME VALENCIA CARRER DE SANT JACINT, Valencia

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the apartments are well connected by public transport: the Turia metro station and several bus stops are within a 2-10-minute walk, and the historic centre is easily reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The building is next to a Mercadona supermarket and several cafés and restaurants are within a 300-500-metre radius. The Jardí del Túria park is also close, offering a green route into the centre. Parking in the immediate area is limited and predominantly paid, so using the nearby metro is a reliable alternative for car-free exploration.

All units feature a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a desk. Kitchens are fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine. Accommodation types range from studios with a balcony or terrace to one-bedroom apartments with a separate living room. Rooms are described as modern and bright, with large windows. Some units have private balconies or access to the communal roof terrace. The sofa bed in some apartments is noted as less comfortable for extended sleeping. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, but lacks a window or ventilation fan, and the shower may flood the floor. Some rooms have a persistent draft from large windows.
