VALENCIA GUEST PUERTO SUITE AUTO CHECK, Valencia

The apartment is well placed for exploring Valencia, with the beach 15 minutes on foot or a short bus/tram ride away. The historic Cabanyal neighbourhood and the City of Arts and Sciences are also within reach by public transport, with metro and bus stops within 2-10 minutes' walk. A range of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are nearby, but some ground-floor units are directly adjacent to lively bars, which can cause noise until late. The neighbourhood is generally safe but feels lively; some side streets may feel less comfortable late at night. Valencia Airport is 12 km away, easily reachable by metro or bus.

The kitchenette includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and basic cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. Several supermarkets, including Mercadona and Consum, are 800-1000 metres away. For eating out, the area around the port and Cabanyal offers a wide variety of affordable restaurants, tapas bars, and cafes, many within 5 minutes' walk. The bar directly below some apartments serves drinks and snacks. No on-site restaurant or breakfast service is available, so planning meals around the apartment's kitchen or local eateries is necessary.

The beach is the primary leisure attraction, with a 15-minute stroll or short bus/tram ride to the sand and sea. Bike rentals are available nearby, offering a quick 5-minute cycle to the beach and along the marina. The City of Arts and Sciences and the historic centre are easily reached by public transport. For water sports, the Port of Valencia area offers various activities. No on-site pool, spa, or gym is provided, so leisure activities revolve around the neighbourhood and city attractions.

The apartment provides free Wi-Fi throughout and is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine. The building has a staircase and a lift. Self-check-in is via an online key box system, with codes sent in advance. The host/management responds online and is generally helpful, with a local office for luggage storage after check-out. However, response times for maintenance issues can be slow. Basic cleaning is provided at check-in, but no daily housekeeping; replenishment of towels may require a request. The shower drains slowly in some units, and the dishwasher has been noted as not fully functional in some stays. Accessibility is limited: some apartments are on upper floors with no lift to the rooftop terrace area, and the open-plan layout may not suit those needing privacy.
