TOWNEPLACE SUITES BY MARRIOTT ORLANDO AIRPORT, Orlando

The hotel is 5 km (roughly a 5-minute drive) from Orlando International Airport, making it very convenient for pre- or post-flight stays. Universal Studios Florida is about 19 km away, the Florida Mall is 12 km, and Port Canaveral is approximately 45 minutes for cruise connections. Several restaurants including Chuy's, Pollo Tropical, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, and Wendy's are within a 0.5 km walk. A convenience store and a Walgreens are also within easy walking distance, while a Walmart is 3 km away. Parking on site is free, but availability can be tight due to the Park & Fly program; reserving a spot is recommended. The hotel's free shuttle runs only to and from the airport, so a rental car or ride-share is practical for visiting area attractions.

All rooms are suites with a separate living area, sofa bed, and a full kitchen (stovetop, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and dishes). Accommodation types include queen studio suites (one bed, no partition between sleeping and living area) and one-bedroom king suites with two televisions (one in each room). Each suite features air conditioning, a work desk, free toiletries, a hairdryer, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and blackout shades for good sleep. The bathrooms are large and include walk-in showers; some rooms have a bathtub. Conditions such as loud air conditioning in some units or hallway grease smells from cooking have been reported, but higher-floor rooms away from elevators are generally quiet.

Breakfast is included and is served hot buffet style from 6:00 to 9:00 AM on weekdays and until 9:30 AM on weekends. Breakfast options typically include eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, waffles with Nutella, omelets, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and fruit juices. Coffee is available all day. A Grab & Go breakfast bag is available for those leaving before 6:00 AM. The Flight Deck Bar offers drinks (including wine and champagne) and a limited food menu, with a friendly bartender who also cooks. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Chuy's, Pollo Tropical, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, and Wendy's, providing additional choices for lunch and dinner. There is also a convenience store and Walgreens nearby for purchasing snacks and drinks.

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year and includes a shallow end, a fence around it, sun loungers and beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and a pool towel service. Pool hours start at 8:00 AM, and the water temperature is usually pleasant. The fitness centre is well maintained and includes a small but useful range of equipment that works for a basic workout session. The sun terrace provides additional outdoor space for relaxation. For a quieter atmosphere, there is also an outdoor fireplace and outdoor furniture on the terrace. The pool area is generally clean and well kept, though at busy times the limited parking may affect access.

The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, an ATM, and luggage storage. The free airport shuttle operates on a call-for-pickup basis from 5 AM to midnight. Free on-site private parking is available (reservations recommended), and the hotel offers a Park & Fly package at $9/night plus taxes for long-term parking. Other facilities include a business centre, meeting/banquet rooms, fax/photocopying services, and a minimarket selling snacks and drinks. For accessibility, there are wheelchair-accessible pathways, lower bathroom sinks, raised toilets, grab rails, Braille signage, and lifts. Pets are allowed for a fee of $50/night (up to $150) with a weight limit of 23 kg per room. Coin-operated self-service laundry is available for $2.50 per machine. The property also has an electric vehicle charging station. Security features include CCTV, key card access, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and a 24-hour front desk.
