The shuttle is exclusive to Universal Studios and SeaWorld - no shuttle runs to Disney parks. Nearby dining options include Denny's, Red Lobster, and Singh's Restaurant & Bar, all within 0.5 km. A Walgreens and several other grocery stores are within a short walk, and the area has easy access to International Drive and shopping outlets. The nearest airport is 15 km away and is best reached by taxi or rideshare, as the hotel does not provide airport transfers.

All suites are recently renovated and offer a distinct living area with a pull-out sofa bed, a flat-screen cable TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, two-burner electric stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, glassware, and cookware.
