The hotel is located in the south part of Edmonton, providing a practical base for exploring the city. A bus stop is directly outside the property, and taxi and ride-hailing services are also available for getting around. The area features a range of restaurants and attractions within a short distance, making it easy to find dining options or plan your activities. For those driving, free private parking is available on site, but a reservation is required.

Each suite features a full kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals during your stay. Room types include a one-bedroom suite and a two-bedroom suite, both providing a separate living room for added comfort. Rooms with a private bathroom are available, and some configurations include a bathtub, while others have a walk-in shower. All rooms on the first and second floors are pet-friendly, with a pet fee of $20 CAD per night. The TV offers Netflix and YouTube access, but Disney+ is not available. No rooms include a balcony, and there are no jetted tubs in the suites.

The pool and hot tub provide a relaxing option for unwinding after a busy day, while the fitness centre allows you to maintain your workout routine. All three facilities are open daily from 9am to 10pm, but they require a prior reservation to access. This ensures a less crowded experience, but it's important to book your preferred time in advance. There is no spa on site, so wellness activities are limited to these facilities.

The hotel offers free private parking, but a reservation is required to secure a spot. On-site guest laundry is available for longer stays or for refreshing your clothes. Pets are welcome, with cats and dogs accepted for a fee of $20 CAD per night. An airport shuttle is not available, so you'll need to arrange your own transport from the airport. Wi-Fi is available, and the front desk can assist with special requests such as early check-in or late check-out, though these are not guaranteed.
