The property sits within a practical car-accessible area, with Cracker Barrel, Taco Monster, Red Lobster, and Olive Garden all a short stroll away for dining. The free airport shuttle provides direct transfers, making car-free airport access straightforward. Plenty of free nearby parking is available, though it is off-site, so coordinating luggage loading is recommended. The immediate area is not a walkable city centre, but the quiet surroundings and easy highway access suit travellers using a vehicle or relying on the shuttle.

Available room configurations include double rooms with one bed and quadruple rooms with two beds, making the hotel suitable for solo travellers, couples, or small families. Each unit features air conditioning, heating, a TV with cable channels, ironing facilities, and an in-room sink; some rooms also include a bath or shower. The overall feel is functional and well-maintained, with bedding noted as high quality. The property has no elevator, but first-floor rooms can be requested directly with the front desk for easier access. The quiet environment supports restful sleep, and the practical layout allows for quick, easy access directly from the parking area.

The fitness centre provides a basic workout option at no extra cost. There is no pool, so guests seeking swimming or extensive recreational facilities should plan accordingly. The hotel's quiet setting and ample parking allow for outdoor walking or easy drives to nearby attractions for those who prefer leisure beyond the property.

The 24-hour front desk and express check-in/check-out streamline arrivals and departures, with many finding the process quick and straightforward. An ATM is on-site for cash needs. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving before check-in or after check-out. Wi-Fi is complimentary but limited to public areas only, which is an important consideration for those needing in-room connectivity. Pets are allowed on request, with charges that should be confirmed in advance. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, and MasterCard. The free off-site parking does not require a reservation, and the free airport shuttle adds further transport convenience.
