The area is safe and lively, with many bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Las Arenas Shopping Centre is a 5-minute walk. Each apartment features a seating area with sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and cookware. Bedrooms come with large, comfortable beds and ample storage. Some units have a washing machine and dryer, and select apartments feature a balcony (sizes vary). Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms. While many units are spacious and well-maintained, some smaller studios can feel tight for three or more people. Sofa beds in the living area have been described as less comfortable and sometimes unstable. Noise from traffic on the main avenue can be noticeable in road-facing rooms, especially with older windows; rooms overlooking the courtyard tend to be quieter. Some apartments have had reports of dust, broken fixtures, or insufficient hot water in winter-choosing a room with a private bathroom and checking the unit's specific amenities is recommended. Housekeeping and towel changes are provided every two days.

The property does not have its own dining facilities, breakfast is not available on-site. However, the neighbourhood is rich with dining options, including traditional Spanish cuisine. Notable nearby restaurants include Pura Brasa Arenas (0.5 km), Faisan, Baby Jalebi, and La Clara (all 0.5 km). Las Arenas Shopping Centre, a 5-minute walk away, also houses several dining choices. Guests can easily purchase groceries from nearby shops and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Leisure facilities are limited to the apartment itself. For wellness, guests can explore nearby attractions such as Montjuïc and the Fira area, or use public transport to reach the beach in about 35 minutes.
