The location is convenient for exploring both Miami and the Everglades, but a car is recommended for most trips due to the spread-out nature of the city.

Each apartment includes a living room, separate bedrooms, and one or two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The kitchen comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and basic supplies such as salt, pepper, coffee, and tea. In-unit washer and dryer are provided, with detergent for the first load. Beds are configured as combinations of king and queen sizes (two-bedroom: king + queen; three-bedroom: up to four beds). Some units have balconies. While many apartments are described as spacious, modern, and clean, some have reported issues with bed comfort, noise from the road or dogs, and occasional cleanliness lapses.
