BLUE EMPIRE HOTEL, Tokyo

The hotel is set on a quiet residential alley in the Korean district, within a short walk of Okubo and Shinjuku's main attractions. Shin-Okubo Station (JR Yamanote Line) provides direct links to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station. The area is notably safe and quiet at night, yet packed with restaurants, bars, and shops. Haneda Airport is 23 km away, reachable via train in under an hour. Convenience stores and coin laundries are within a 1-minute walk.

Room types include single, double, twin, triple, and family rooms (1-4 beds). Each room is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom with a shower (no bathtub). In-room amenities include bathrobes, free toiletries, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, microwave, slippers, and a washing machine. Some units have a small kitchenette area. Rooms are generally compact but well-equipped; some face the alley and may experience street noise. Storage space is limited, with no wardrobes provided. The washer/dryer is an air-dry model; a nearby coin laundry handles full drying. Natural light is absent in some rooms.

No on-site wellness facilities exist. The location is ideal for guests who prefer neighbourhood walks and immediate access to Shinjuku's nightlife, shopping, and cultural sites. Seibu Shinjuku PePe Shopping Mall is less than a 1 km walk. The area is safe and pedestrian-friendly.
