Tama Ryokan provides several room options. The Hachijo, the largest room, fits three single futons or two double futons, but can fit up to five in a squeeze. Matsu, constructed from wood, provides more indirect sunlight than Kame. A smaller room features a peaked wooden ceiling. Other rooms include the Ikkai, which is not on the second floor, and Mutsumi. Mutsumi is not Japanese style and is small, receiving the sunrise in the morning. All rooms have heating. Some rooms offer air conditioning. Rooms also include electric kettles and tea/coffee makers. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. The suite includes air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, a shared bathroom with a hairdryer and slippers, parquet floors, and heating. The unit has 3 futons. A refrigerator is available for guest use on the second floor. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the entire facility.
