The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Kusawakeinari Shrine and 500 metres from Sakuma Park. Akihabara Park and Asakusa Mitsuke Memorial are less than a kilometre away, and Haneda Airport is 20 km by road. The neighbourhood is calm and business-oriented, with convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. Multiple transit stations - including JR Akihabara and metro Iwamotocho - are within 5-10 minutes on foot; Tokyo Station is two stops away. For local movement, LUUP e-bikes are available at nearby parking points. The immediate area has several restaurants within 300 metres offering Chinese, Indian, soba, and other cuisines. Although nightlife is limited in the vicinity, Akihabara's entertainment district is a short walk away.

Capsules are arranged on gender-separated floors: male-only floors 4-5 and a female-only floor. The lift reaches only the 4th floor; guests on the 5th floor must carry luggage up one flight of stairs. Temperature control can be inconsistent - some pods become very warm, especially in summer, with limited individual adjustment. Ear plugs are provided to help with noise from other guests. Showers and toilets are shared per floor: typically one shower and one toilet per gender on each floor, with additional ground-floor facilities for men. The pods offer good privacy and storage for bags, but in-capsule lockers are not usable (paid lockers are available on the 2nd floor). Beds are generally comfortable, though mattresses can be firm. Common areas are cleaned daily, and free amenities include towels, toothbrush, razor, slippers, and hair dryer. Some capsules may have a side shelf wide enough for luggage.

The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove, and utensils - ideal for preparing simple meals. Free tea and coffee are available in the lounge. Convenience stores - including a 7-Eleven a 5-minute walk away - and a supermarket nearby provide easy access to groceries. Several restaurants are within a 300-metre radius, offering Japanese, Chinese, Indian, and soba options. Given the absence of a hotel restaurant, the kitchen and local dining options are practical alternatives.
