URBAN OASIS IN THE HEART OF LA NEAR USC & MAJOR ATTRACTIONS, Los Angeles

The guest house sits in a quiet residential area near USC, with bus stops and a metro station within a 15-minute walk. USC Village and several fast-food and casual dining options (La Salsa, Panda Express, Togo's) are within 0.5-1km. Crypto.com Arena (3.3km), Microsoft Theater (4.1km) and Dodger Stadium (11km) are reachable by car or bus. The closest airport is Hawthorne Municipal (16km); LAX is 20-25 minutes by car. The neighborhood has a church and school on the block and is described as safe, though the area is not lively and walking alone at night is discouraged.

Each double room is a private space with one double/queen bed, a work desk, and a private bathroom. Rooms are spacious enough for two people and include free toiletries, air conditioning, and heating. The property provides thin walls and floors, so noise from common areas can be audible; rooms near the kitchen may pick up cooking smells due to the ventilation system. Some units have been described as having thin mattresses and pillows. A vacuum is available for use if needed. Rooms are on the third floor with no lift.

The property offers a garden with outdoor seating and a shared lounge with a large TV. These areas are intended for relaxation and casual socializing with other residents. The shared nature of the space means the common kitchen and lounge are used by all rooms, so tidiness and quiet hours depend on co-guests.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Street parking is free but on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces taken by early evening. A shared washing machine and tumble dryer are available for free. Cleaning staff visits intermittently, but the kitchen and common areas may need attention between cleanings. The property does not have a restaurant, bar, spa, or airport shuttle.
