Several restaurants are within 0.3-0.5 km, including Planet Hummus and Cafe Venicia. The area is lively day and night; the boardwalk can be noisy until late. Bike rental is available nearby, and the beach path is ideal for walking, jogging, or cycling. The immediate vicinity has a visible homeless population, especially after dark, so plan accordingly.

Studios and one-bedroom suites are available. All units have a kitchen with white cabinets, black counters, stainless steel appliances, and utensils. Select suites include a sofa bed (not suitable for two adults) and a separate living area. Private bathrooms come with free toiletries and a rain shower in some rooms. Cable TV and iPod docking stations are provided. No private balconies exist; the rooftop terrace is the shared outdoor space. Heating and air conditioning are available.
