Set on Rome's central Via Nazionale, the hotel overlooks Palazzo delle Esposizioni and San Vitale Basilica. The area is busy and well-connected: Repubblica metro station is 500 metres away, and Termini station (with train and bus links) is a 10-15 minute walk. Piazza Venezia is 15 minutes on foot, while Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and Spanish Steps are within a 10-15 minute walk. A taxi rank sits directly across the street, and numerous bus stops provide connections to the Vatican and other districts. The neighbourhood also offers many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within a few blocks. Rooms facing the main road can be lively, while courtyard-facing rooms are quieter.

Breakfast is available for an additional €10 per person and is served at a partner bar (Hespresso) just a short walk from the hotel. The buffet includes a variety of croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, mini pancakes, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, toast, cereals, and hot drinks. Gluten-free options are available on request. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, bar, or lounge for evening meals; however, the surrounding streets contain over a dozen restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes within a 5-minute walk.
