The hotel sits within Rome's Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), so driving is impractical; public transport, walking, or taxis are the recommended ways to get around. Numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés are within a short walk along Via Nazionale and surrounding streets.

The rooms are small, often described as compact or very compact, and best suited for travellers who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city. Beds are generally comfortable, but some rooms have twin beds pushed together. Noise insulation between rooms and from the street is poor, so light sleepers should request an interior room. Some rooms face an internal courtyard where air-conditioning units can be noisy. Windows in some rooms look onto an internal light well, limiting natural light. Air conditioning is available, but in some units it is a portable model with a tube leading to the window, which can be noisy. Heating is also available. The private bathrooms are functional but small, with a shower (no bidet). Towels are changed daily, and daily housekeeping is included.

The breakfast is a continental buffet with pre-packed items: croissants, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, and hot drinks from a machine.
