The WEGO bus stop is a 2-minute walk, providing convenient access to the falls, the train station, and other Niagara sites. Numerous dining options are within a 2-minute walk. The property is a budget-friendly choice for travellers who want to leave the car parked and explore on foot or by public transit.

Rooms are functional but show significant wear: old carpets, worn furniture, and outdated fixtures. Air conditioning and heating are provided in all rooms. The only rooms with private balconies facing Victoria Avenue are the Jacuzzi Suites and Family Suites. Deluxe King rooms have a shared balcony overlooking the parking lot. All other room types share a balcony on the parking-lot side. There is no fridge, microwave, coffee maker, or kettle in any room. Blow dryers and irons can be requested from reception. Noise from other guests and the street can be an issue, especially for street-facing rooms. The facilities are best suited for travellers who plan to spend little time in the room and value location over modern comfort.

The on-site restaurant is Smoke's Poutinerie, serving poutine and other local fare. It opens daily at 11:00 and closes at midnight on weekdays and at 04:00 on Friday and Saturday nights. The location - directly across from Clifton Hill - provides immediate access to arcades, midway rides, museums, and nightly entertainment. For outdoor leisure, the Niagara Falls walking trails and the Butterfly Conservatory are within a short walk.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas, though connectivity can be unreliable. On-site parking is available for an additional vehicle fee (typically $20), and the parking lot is shared with non-guests.
