The hotel is less than 1 km from Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and close to Journey Behind the Falls. Most attractions, including Clifton Hill, are walkable in 10-15 minutes. The return walk from the falls is uphill; a nearby bus stop (WEGO and Niagara Transit) offers an alternative. Free on-site private parking eliminates the need for street parking, and an EV charging station is available. Restaurants and shops are within a 5-minute walk, including Italian, Indian, and pizza options.

The hotel offers two main room categories: the Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds (newly renovated, tiled flooring, new furniture, updated bathrooms) and the standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds (carpet, more basic finishes). All rooms include a work desk, dining area, electric kettle, and hairdryer. Some rooms have a spa bath. Note that no microwaves are in rooms-a shared unit is on the second floor. Windows do not open in many rooms, and noise from hallways and plumbing can be an issue. For better sleep, request a room away from the road and avoid first floor where hall noise is louder. Beds vary: some find them comfortable, others hard; extra pillows are available on request.

For meals, guests can walk to several restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km, including Napoli Ristorante & Pizzeria, Potato Jackets, Sher e Punjab (Indian), Moose & Squirrel Coffee Bar, and Al Macs Buffet. An IHOP is just a 1-minute walk away. There is a coffee shop on site and vending machines for drinks and snacks.
