Hotel Details

Location

Two minutes from Victorian Square and a five-minute walk to Sparks Memorial Park. Reno-Tahoe International Airport is an 8-minute drive.

The hotel sits on busy Victorian Avenue, but interior rooms and upper floors are quieter. Several casinos including the Nugget are within a short walk. Dairy Queen, Port of Subs, and Engine 8 Urban Winery are within 0.5 km. A bus terminal nearby provides connections around Sparks and Reno. Freeway access (I-80) is close, making it convenient as a stopover. The surrounding area has a mix of older buildings and newer developments, and the immediate vicinity includes a fire station.

Facilities and Services

Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. Laundry and daily housekeeping are offered. No restaurant, pool, spa, or airport shuttle.

Free parking is available on-site or nearby without a reservation, but the lot is small and can be tight. Wi-Fi is free but slow and often unreliable for streaming or work - lower floors and rooms at the edges of the property have the weakest signal. Laundry facilities are available for an extra charge. Daily housekeeping is provided. The front desk is staffed daytime but no overnight staff is present. The property accepts Visa. A 10% military discount is offered with valid ID.

01
Book only if you can arrive before midnight and have a credit card ready - the check-in deadline is strict and a $150 pre-authorization deposit is required at check-in.
02
Request a top-floor room for the best chance at quiet and newer bedding, as upper floors are described as quieter with more recently updated mattresses.
03
Plan for slow or unusable Wi-Fi - if you need to work, stream, or browse reliably, consider a mobile hotspot or a different hotel.
04
Confirm deposit return terms at check-out, as some experiences indicate the hold can take days to release and return procedures are not automatically transparent.
