Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and Charles Bridge are reachable within a 10-15 minute walk. Vodičkova Tram Stop and Můstek metro station are a few minutes' walk, providing quick access to the main train station and other districts. Many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets (Billa, Tesco) are within a few hundred metres. The immediate building entrance is from a residential street, and the area is well connected for those arriving by public transport or on foot.

Accommodation options include functionally furnished rooms with wooden furniture, twin, triple, and quadruple rooms, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments and suites. Some rooms have private bathrooms, while others share bathroom facilities - bathrooms are shared between four rooms on each floor. Apartments offer full kitchens with stove, fridge, microwave, and cookware, plus a washing machine and tea/coffee maker. Many rooms and apartments face the street or inner courtyard and feature city views. The building is older; street-facing rooms can be noisy, especially with windows open for ventilation (no air conditioning). Some rooms are located in the basement, which may feel damp and lack natural light. Soundproofing between rooms is limited. The entrance and stairwell are dated, but the rooms are generally clean and spacious. Bed sizes vary, with comfortable mattresses reported in many units. Cots are available on request.

A shared kitchen is provided on each floor, equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and basic cookware. Some apartment units include their own kitchen.
