HOTEL VILLA NICOLO - TOUR EIFFEL, Paris

The hotel is situated on a quiet street just off the lively Rue de Passy, offering a peaceful retreat in one of Paris's safest districts. The Eiffel Tower is an 8-minute walk, and Trocadéro with its gardens and views is even closer. The Passy metro station (line 6) is 450 m away, providing direct access to attractions like Montparnasse and Champs-Élysées. La Muette station (line 9) is a 10-minute walk. Numerous cafes, boutiques, and restaurants are within minutes. For airport transfers, the RER from Gare du Nord involves a metro change at Denfert-Rochereau; the hotel can arrange private taxis (additional cost). Car parking is limited to a public car park 5 minutes away with a height restriction of 1.80 m.

Rooms are individually decorated with Parisian chic and Asian touches. Standard doubles range from 15 to 17 m2 - compact but well-equipped. Larger rooms (17-24 m2) include deluxe and family configurations. The junior suite features a king bed (180x200) plus two sofa beds, ideal for families, but note it has only ceiling fans rather than air conditioning. Some top-floor rooms offer partial Eiffel Tower views - request at booking. All rooms include flat-screen TV, electric kettle, tea/coffee, safety deposit box, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Only bar soap is provided; bring shampoo and conditioner. The hotel is fully air-conditioned except the junior suite. Soundproofing generally ensures a quiet night, though road-facing rooms may have some street noise. The lift is small but functional for luggage.

Breakfast is a buffet featuring pastries, breads, fruits, yogurts, cheeses, hot drinks, and juices, served in an elegant dining room. A continental breakfast can be delivered to your room for a more private start. The on-site bar offers wines, champagne, and other drinks in a stylish lounge. A coffee house serves hot beverages throughout the day. Special diet menus can be arranged on request, and a children's buffet is available. Nearby, Rue de Passy and surrounding streets offer numerous cafes and restaurants for other dining options.

The hotel's inner courtyard is a charming oasis with greenery, sun loungers, and tables - perfect for reading, planning the day, or enjoying a drink. Indoors, a small selection of board games and puzzles is available for guests. There is no pool, spa, or fitness centre; the focus is on a quiet, boutique atmosphere.
