UNIC RENOIR SAINT GERMAIN, Paris

The hotel is just 700 metres from Luxembourg Gardens and 500 metres from Montparnasse Train Station. Edgar Quinet metro station is a 2-minute walk away (140 m), providing direct Metro line 6 access to the Eiffel Tower and many other attractions. The surrounding Montparnasse area is lively with numerous creperies, restaurants, and cafes, and Le Bon Marché department store is a 15-minute walk away. Street parking is available nearby with applicable fees, and the neighbourhood is well-connected by bus and metro.

Room types include Simple, Double, and Quadruple options, plus suites located in a quiet courtyard. All rooms are en suite with either shower or bath, hairdryer, safe, and flat-screen TV with Canal+, CNN, and sports channels. Soundproofing helps reduce street noise, but rooms facing the street can still be lively; courtyard rooms are quieter. Some rooms have a balcony (availability limited). Daily cleaning, fresh towels, and toiletries are provided. While the property is overall well-maintained, some rooms may feel compact, especially for more than two guests.

Breakfast is available for an additional €13 per person per day and includes fresh pastries, bread, butter, jam, yogurt, cheese, cold cuts, boiled eggs, and hot drinks (coffee, tea, juice). The bright breakfast room has courtyard views, and breakfast can sometimes be served in the room upon request. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but the surrounding street is packed with creperies, cafes, and bistros within a 1-2 minute walk, offering plentiful dining options for lunch and dinner.

The property focuses on comfortable accommodation and a central location, with no on-site wellness facilities. Nearby attractions like Luxembourg Gardens (700 m) offer green spaces for relaxation, and the lively Montparnasse quarter provides many cinemas, theatres, and shops within walking distance. The hotel's courtyard provides a quiet outdoor seating area in warmer months.
