While the immediate area is vibrant and busy, rooms facing the interior courtyard offer quieter conditions. There is no on-site parking, but several paid lots are a short walk away.

Rooms range from standard to superior and studio suites. Standard rooms are functional but compact, with some featuring basic older furniture; the bathrooms in particular are dated and can be small, sometimes with a damaged tub or noisy fixtures. Superior rooms add extra space, an armchair and a microwave. Studio suites are considerably larger, offering a king bed plus a sofa bed - suitable for families of two adults and two children under 12 - along with a kitchenette area, a dining table and ample storage. All rooms have heating, ironing facilities, free toiletries and a safety deposit box. There is no balcony in any room, and there are no ocean views. If noise is a concern, an interior-facing room is recommended, as street-facing rooms can be loud from late-night bars and traffic. Air conditioning is adjustable but some units have been noted as noisy. Daily housekeeping is available if the tag is left on the door, although initial cleanliness can occasionally be inconsistent.
