The complex sits in a peaceful residential pocket just off the main strip, giving car-free access to a supermarket, several bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and the beach promenade within 10 minutes. The centre of Puerto del Carmen is a 30-minute walk or a quick taxi ride. A bus stop and a taxi rank are a 4-minute walk away, making day trips to Arrecife, Playa Blanca, or Timanfaya National Park (20 km) easy without a car. The airport is a 10-minute drive; the short taxi journey costs around €15.

Each apartment includes a separate bedroom with air conditioning and heating, a living area with a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and filtered drinking water tap. Bathrooms have a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Each apartment has a private balcony or terrace with table, chairs, and reclining armchairs - sea-view options are south-facing and get sun all day. Apartments are located on the ground floor or floors 1-3; third-floor rooms have excellent sea views but are only accessible via stairs. The complex is compact (around 31 apartments) and generally quiet, though walls between adjoining apartments are not soundproofed.

The pool bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00 and offers a range of food including breakfast, garlic mushrooms, and other freshly cooked dishes. It is well-regarded for reasonable prices and friendly service. For self-catering, the apartment kitchenette is well equipped, and a supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The surrounding Matagorda area has numerous bars and restaurants within a short walk; Puerto del Carmen's dining scene is a 30-minute walk or a quick taxi ride.

The pool is open all year (10:00-19:00) and features a shallow end. The surrounding sun terrace has plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and there is rarely a rush to reserve beds. The pool is not heated in winter. A public bath and solarium are also available free of charge. The beach is a 10-minute walk, and the coastal promenade offers good walking routes. Bicycle and car hire are available through reception.

Free public parking is available on nearby streets without reservation. Wi-Fi is free in public areas and reported to be reliable. A lift serves the upper floors. The reception offers private check-in/out, tour desk, and a library. Luggage storage and a courtesy room with shower are available free of charge for late flights. Self-service laundry costs €3. Housekeeping cleans apartments every second day and changes towels twice weekly. Cots are available on request.
