Ralphs supermarket and several casual dining options are just a few blocks away, making it easy to stock the kitchen or grab a meal. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 7 km away. Parking is free and reservation-free, with accessible spaces available.

All units are two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites with a spacious layout. The master bathroom features a tub/shower combo, while the second bathroom has a shower only. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and full cookware. Beds are generally comfortable, though some furnishings in the living area show signs of age. Units vary in condition; some may have dated decor or a musty smell. Light sleepers may prefer an interior unit away from the road. Each suite has a flat-screen TV with sports channels, and the living room TV includes an HDMI port for streaming.

The resort does not offer breakfast or a restaurant. However, each suite is equipped with a full kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A Ralphs supermarket is a 3-minute walk away, and several fast-food and casual dining options are within a 5-minute walk. Downtown Palm Springs, with its many restaurants, is a 15-20 minute walk or short drive.

The resort features two outdoor swimming pools and two hot tubs, all open year-round and heated to 29.4 °C during winter. Pool areas are clean and offer ample loungers. Tennis and pickleball courts are available with free equipment provided by the front desk. A fitness centre with free weights and a ping-pong table complement the leisure options. Gas BBQ grills are available for guest use, and the property has grapefruit trees that guests can pick from. The pools and hot tubs are open until 10pm.

Free private parking is available on site without reservation, including accessible spaces. WiFi is free in all rooms. Laundry facilities are coin-operated and can be accessed via an app. The front desk can store luggage on the day of departure if space allows. The front gate is secured and locked overnight (10:30pm-6:30am); entry during those hours requires contacting security. No pets are allowed. Housekeeping is provided only for stays of 14 nights or more; for shorter stays, additional towels are available at the front desk. The staff is known for being helpful and accommodating.
