Voďičkova Luxury Suites occupies a prime position in the city centre, yet is set back from the main street inside a gated courtyard - this makes the property exceptionally quiet for its location. The tram stop is right at the building's entrance, providing direct access to the main train station and many tourist sites. The green metro line is a 2-minute walk away, and the airport is 14 km (about 25 minutes by taxi). Many attractions, shopping streets, restaurants, and a supermarket are within a 5-15 minute walk. The immediate area is well-lit and feels safe even in the evening. A parking garage is located 300 metres from the door (paid, reservation required).

The property offers several layout types. Studios are open-plan with no separate bedroom, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The One-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment (51 m²) has a separate living room, a proper bedroom, and a fold-out sofa bed in the living area (extra beds also possible with notice). The Deluxe Suite and Deluxe Studio include an in-unit washer and dryer; the One-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment and Deluxe Junior Suite do not (laundry service is available for a charge). All units feature a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated floors, premium toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and fluffy towels. Beds are large and very comfortable, with high-quality linens and multiple pillows. Kitchens are stocked with Miele appliances, cookware, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. Rooms are set back from the street, so even the front-facing units are quiet, and back-facing ones look out onto a peaceful garden or courtyard. Wi-Fi is fast and free.

Each apartment includes a full kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware - perfectly set up for preparing meals. A complimentary fruit basket, bottled water, espresso pods, and tea are provided at check-in. For those who prefer to eat out, a bakery is right across the street, a Starbucks is in the building's courtyard, and numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés (such as Café Louvre and Namaste India) are within 300 metres. A supermarket is also steps away for groceries. There is no hotel-run restaurant or bar, so planning meals ahead is straightforward.

Wellness facilities are not available on site. However, a park is a 10-minute walk away, and the neighbourhood offers boating and scuba diving in the surroundings. The immediate area is packed with cultural sights, shopping, and dining, making it a practical base for active exploration. The suite itself is designed as a relaxing retreat after a day out, with comfort features such as heated bathroom floors, a large smart TV with streaming services, and a comfortable seating area.
