The hotel is situated one block from Waikiki Beach-crossing the street places you directly on Kuhio Beach. Within a 5-minute walk you'll find dozens of restaurants, shops, and the Honolulu Zoo (1 km). Diamond Head is 3 km away, and Honolulu International Airport is a 35-minute drive. Public transport is excellent: the city bus system ("The Bus") stops nearby, and ridesharing services are widely available. A car is not necessary for beach access or exploring the main Waikiki strip, but the hotel offers paid on-site parking for those who drive. For airport transfers, third-party shuttles like Roberts Hawaii (approx. $23 one way) or ride-hailing apps are typical choices.

Room categories range from standard city-view rooms to ocean-view studios and one-bedroom suites. All rooms feature a private balcony-some with partial Pacific Ocean views-a small refrigerator, coffee-making facilities, and an in-room safe. Corner Deluxe Studios and Superior Studios guarantee a king bed upon request. Rooms offer either one king bed or two double beds (requested, not guaranteed). Unit sizes are compact, typical for the area, and bathrooms are functional but described as dated. A work desk with ergonomic chair is included in each room, and select rooms add a sofa bed.
