WALLYARD STAY, Berlin

The property sits on a quiet side street in the Moabit district, about 15 minutes by public transport from Kurfürstendamm and Hauptbahnhof. Brandenburg Gate is a 40-minute walk or a short tram ride away. The area has limited street lighting, and some streets may feel less secure late at night, especially for solo travellers. During the day the neighbourhood is family-friendly with bakeries, cafés and restaurants nearby. Public transport links are excellent: the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and multiple bus lines are within walking distance, making it easy to reach anywhere in the city without a car.

Wallyard's lobby cafe is a cosy space with indoor and outdoor seating (garden and terrace). It serves speciality coffee, affogato, and cakes, but no hot meals. There is no breakfast service and no guest kitchen, so plan to eat out for meals. The surrounding streets have a variety of affordable restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Wonder Waffel, Wilhelms Burger, Paulaner, and several international cuisines. A large supermarket (Kaufland) is located in the adjacent shopping centre for self-catering supplies.

The property has a small garden with outdoor furniture and a sun terrace, ideal for enjoying a coffee or a quiet break. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge - a good option for getting around like a local. No spa, gym or pool facilities are on site, but a large Vabali spa is within walking distance for those seeking wellness amenities.

The property has a lift, family rooms, a designated smoking area, and non-smoking rooms throughout. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key-card access. The reception is staffed 08:00-18:00; late arrivals can self-check in using a key lockbox after prior arrangement. Luggage can be stored free of charge before check-in or after check-out. Laundry services are available for an extra charge. Lockers are provided in rooms but require your own padlock (rental €5). No parking is available on site.
